2. Reservations & cancellations
For table reservations we require a credit card hold. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before may incur a €15 per person fee.

3. Dining & allergies
Please inform us of any allergies before ordering. While we take precautions, our kitchen handles all major allergens.

4. Gift vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non‑refundable.

5. Intellectual property
All content on this site is property of Silver Oak Bistro and may not be reproduced without written consent.

6. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages arising from dining or website use.

7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms; continued use implies acceptance.
